He is currently working with a medium sized commercial construction subcontractor serving the San Francisco Bay Area. This position is responsible for the processing and input of all project billings and upkeep of job-related billing files. Contact Jeremy Calhoon of Robert Half today. + Perform all accounts receivable functions for multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle+ Generate and post monthly progress billings and service billings, including billings+ Issuance of monthly statements and work with customers on reconciliations, if needed+ Work closely with Controller and Estimators to manage project accounting, including accurate job costing, timely submission of invoices, invoice accuracy, and timely collection of receivables+ Correspond with general contractors and other clients on issues including invoicing, issue resolution, lien releases, etc.+ Produce AR Aging reports and perform collections+ Account Payable responsibilities including review and input of AP invoices, account reconciliation and all other aspects of AP.
