Job Overview:Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Principal, Data Analytics who can collect, store, and enable the analysis of data at scale.As a Senior Principal, Data Analytics, you will---

• Lead a team driving analytics capabilities across all KDP (including international).
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand analytics initiatives and establish standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Architects, Data Analysts, and others to determine appropriate data products.
• Develop scalable, production-ready analytics solutions with Data Scientists, incorporating descriptive, predictive, prescriptive, and diagnostic analytics.
• Manage workload and delivery using the SAFe Agile framework.
• Communicate effectively with various business units (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, etc.).
• Recommend improvements for measurement and analytics practices.
• Understand business needs and own workstreams to deliver data-driven insights.
• Mentor and develop talent.Who you are:

• Deep knowledge of SDLC methodologies (waterfall, spiral, SAFe, agile, DevOps).
• Expertise in languages such as R, Python, Scala.
• Experience with data science platforms (Python, R, KNIME, Alteryx, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, SnowSQL, Oracle.
• Knowledge of ETL processing and CDC technologies.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI.
• Leadership skills in setting strategy and monitoring team progress.
• Strong communication skills for requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to build and optimize data pipelines and improve productivity.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues efficiently.
• Skilled in translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Total Rewards:

    • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • At least 5+ years in data analytics, including data integration, modeling, optimization, and BI.
    • Experience in data gathering, analysis, and visualization.
    • Fluent in English.
