Amsterdam.Plaid's People Operations team sits on the People
Experience Team, which consists of People Operations and People
Partner / HR Business Partners. The People Operations team is the
backbone of our employee experience.Our team is responsible for
ensuring that core programs run efficiently, consistently, and in
compliance with company policy and legal requirements. This
includes owning and evolving processes such as onboarding and
offboarding, employee data management, immigration and global
mobility, and more.Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries,
ensuring timely and accurate responses or proper routing to the
appropriate team.
- Support the execution of onboarding and offboarding processes,
ensuring a smooth experience for employees and internal
stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the People Operations Generalist and People
Partners to manage day-to-day HR administration.
- Partner with HR teams such as HR Systems & Analytics team to
maintain accurate and consistent employee data.
- Regularly audit and update employee information across HR
systems (e.g., Workday) to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain and improve internal documentation, including our
employee knowledge base and operational process
guides.Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in People Operations or HR.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive
data.
- Process oriented / good organizational skills.
- Strong ownership mentality to take a request and run with
it.
- Experience working with HRIS platform.
- Familiarity working with data.$97,200 - $121,200 a yearThe
target base salary for this position ranges from $97,200/year to
$121,200/year in Zone 1. The target base salary will vary based on
the job's location.Our geographic zones are as follows:Zone 1 - New
York City and San Francisco Bay AreaZone 2 - Los Angeles, Seattle,
Washington D.C.Zone 3 - Austin, Boston, Denver, Houston, Portland,
Sacramento, San DiegoZone 4 - Raleigh-Durham and all other US
citiesAdditional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or
commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a

401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope
and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience
