leading, household-name company in Connecticut experiencing rapid
nationwide growth! As a Benefits Specialist, you’ll support
benefits administration, compliance audits, payroll/HRIS data
integrity, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Perform
timecard and audits for compliance Reconcile benefits billing and
resolve vendor issues Process employee status changes Maintain
benefits systems and support open enrollment Ensure HRIS, payroll,
and benefits data accuracy Back up for payroll and assist with
payroll reporting for HR/Finance Support process and system
upgrades Requirements: Experience with payroll/benefits in a
multi-state setting Experience with self-funded benefit plans a
plus Detail-oriented; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Analytical Skills, MS Excel proficiency HRIS/payroll systems

benefits administration, preferably in a multi-state environment. •
Familiarity with self-funded benefit plans is desirable • Strong
attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
effectively. • Proficiency in data analysis and working knowledge
of Microsoft Excel. • Experience working with payroll and HRIS
systems • Understanding of payroll processing • Excellent
organizational and problem-solving skills.
