Overview TRIO Heating, Air & Plumbing is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our high-performing finance team. This role plays a key part in supporting our daily financial operations and maintaining the accuracy of our accounting systems. We’re looking for someone organized, reliable, and experienced in general accounting processes—ideally within a fast-paced service industry environment. Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). 2 years of accounting experience, with strong proficiency in QuickBooks. Experience in accounts payable and bank reconciliations. Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus. Experience with month-end close procedures and financial statement preparation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Salary Description $38-$45 hr
