Job Description:

Description We are currently looking for 3 Customer Service/Office Clerks. This position is temporary/contract and is estimated to go for 6-9 months. Our client is in Richmond. The ideal candidates will bring previous experience along with strong customer service skills to the role. Must be fully vaccinated. Responsibilities: Assists administrative staff with clerical and other office responsibilities as needed and may be assigned additional duties as needed. Skills: Requirements include:

  • Answering phones
  • Data entry
  • Strong customer service (by phone and in person)
  • General office duties
  • Basic use of word processing and computing equipment
  • Perform detailed clerical work accurately
  • Organize and maintain office files and records
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong oral and writing skills
