Manager to lead our team of highly skilled installers. This is a
high-impact leadership role where you will oversee installation
operations, optimize efficiency, and ensure the highest quality
standards for every project. As a key member of our leadership
team, you will work closely with installation technicians,
coordinators, the warehouse/inventory manager, and the sales team
to complete projects on time and within budget. We’re not your

You’ll Do Lead & Manage the Install Team – Oversee installation
operations, set performance expectations, and ensure a high-quality
standard Optimize Efficiency & Profitability – Manage scheduling,
inventory, and labor costs to improve installation workflow Coach &
Train Install Technicians – Conduct training programs to develop
technical skills, safety knowledge, and customer service abilities
Ensure Compliance & Safety – Enforce company and OSHA safety
policies, as well as local and national building codes Drive
Customer Satisfaction – Establish strong customer relationships by
ensuring top-tier service on every install Monitor & Improve
Performance – Track KPIs, conduct quality control checks, and
implement process improvements What We’re Looking For ? 5 years of
HVAC installation experience (Plumbing experience is a plus) ? 2
years of supervisory or leadership experience ? Strong knowledge of
HVAC installation best practices, local codes, and safety
regulations ? Proven ability to manage and train installation teams
? Excellent communication and leadership skills ? Ability to manage
multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively ? Experience
with ServiceTitan or similar CRM preferred ? Valid Driver’s License
