Job Description Job Description Degree in American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreting, certified ASL Interpreter credentials, and 1 year of experience as an ASL Interpreter in educational settings. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time, on-site Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) position is available in Williams County, TN, dedicated to supporting Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) students in elementary, middle, and high school settings. This role plays a vital part in facilitating effective communication, ensuring students have equal access to educational opportunities by translating spoken language into sign language and vice versa during classroom instruction, assemblies, and extracurricular activities.
