As a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer, you'll play a critical role
in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and optimizing power electronics
performance. You'll collaborate with global teams, engage directly
with customers, and ensure industry-leading reliability and product
excellence.
What You'll Do:
Analyze and troubleshoot AC/DC switching power supply modules using
advanced technology
Perform in-depth fault isolation and defect analysis to pinpoint
root causes in power ICs
Prepare and deliver detailed technical reports tailored for global
customers
Engage directly with customers, including on-site visits, to
resolve quality concerns
Support teams across China and Taiwan, ensuring global customer
satisfaction
Communicate findings effectively, both verbally and in writing,
with precision and clarity
What You Bring:
Proven expertise in failure analysis for power semiconductors,
analog/mixed-signal ICs
Hands-on knowledge of switch-mode power supply applications
Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin-both spoken and
written
Experience working directly with customers to resolve product
quality issues
Ability to interpret complex schematics and layouts at the system
and chip levels
Bonus: Experience in automotive failure analysis or customer-facing
quality assurance
Your Background:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with
5+ years of experience
Master's degree preferred (MSEE) with 3+ years' hands-on
experience
