Job Description:
Job Description Job Description At Array Labs, we are building
the world’s most advanced radar imaging satellites to produce an
accurate, continuously updated 3D map of the Earth, providing
governments and commercial organizations with critical insights
into the physical world. We design and build our satellites
end-to-end, from on-orbit hardware to ground software and data
processing, achieving system performance not possible with
conventional satellite systems. We are seeking a highly skilled and
motivated Radar Engineer with Moving Target Indication (MTI)
experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a
critical role in developing innovative solutions for space-based
AMTI and GMTI radar systems. This position requires expertise in
radar signal processing, system design, and performance analysis to
support advanced radar applications. As part of our quickly growing
engineering team, you will play a critical role in the design of
the world’s most advanced radar satellite constellation—one that
will significantly improve humanity’s ability to rapidly and
comprehensively understand our changing planet. Reponsibilities
Design and prototype MTI algorithms, taking advantage of our unique
multistatic configuration Productionize radar system architectures
for space-based MTI applications, ensuring performance,
scalability, and reliability Analyze radar system performance
metrics such as detection probability, false alarm rates, clutter
suppression, and tracking accuracy Develop and utilize simulation
tools to model radar system behavior and validate design choices
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software
engineers, hardware engineers, and program managers, to ensure
successful system integration and deployment Prepare technical
reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings
and recommendations to stakeholders Basic qualifications Bachelor’s
