us.Sr. Manager, Risk. Capital Markets, SunPower FinancialReporting
to the Head of Capital Markets, this role has two sets of
complimentary responsibilities. Firstly, your primary role will be
to preside over the company's interest rate hedging and risk
management function. In this capacity, you will work closely with
Sales, Operations, Treasury, Accounting and other functions to
develop and manage hedge strategies to mitigate risk both in the
business and in our project financings. You will lead the creation
of management reporting that present positions and exposures
including mark-to-market valuations and value at risk. You will be
responsible for compliance with internal risk policies and
covenants in our debt financing agreements.Secondly, you will also
be a member of our deal teams raising non-recourse senior debt,
helping to negotiate the credit agreement, ISDAs, credit support
annexes and other ancillary documents to the credit agreement. You
will establish the hedge lines with counterparties, ensuring that
appropriate bilateral collateral and credit support arrangements
are in place.The ideal candidate will be technical, with a track
record of developing and executing hedge strategies in any one of
the following areas: interest rates, FX, energy, or physical
commodities. The candidate must possess strong communication and
presentation skills, particularly in conveying highly analytical
work and strategies to executive leadership. The ideal candidate
will be an independent and curious thinker who can make convincing,
information-based arguments to influence decision-making. We are
looking for a trusted expert advisor to SunPower senior leadership
on how to manage risk inherent in our business.Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:---Collaborate with senior leadership in setting
the appropriate hedging and risk management strategies---Establish
hedge lines with counterparties, ensuring that appropriate
bilateral collateral and credit support arrangements are in
place---Build effective communication protocols to identify
interest rate risk in the business and in our project
financings---Lead creation of management reporting that present
positions and exposures---Contribute to the origination and
execution of non-recourse financings to support the residential
solar and storage business---Initiate and maintain relationships
withBasic qualifications:---Bachelors' degree in Finance,
Economics, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or
similar technical field.---5+ years working in risk management or
origination at a financial institution, energy wholesale desk or
similar counterparty institution, either as an advisor or
practitioner.---Experience with assessing all relevant types of
risk, including market, regulatory, and operational
risk.---Attention to detail and the ability to work thoughtfully
and independently and manage multiple projects.---Demonstrated
ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to
maximize value.---Outstanding written and verbal communication
skills; ability to articulate complex ideas and deliverables in a
simple way.---Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and find
creative solutions.---A thirst for knowledge. Demonstrated ability
to learn complex new domains quickly.Preferred
qualifications:---Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Financial
Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar technical
field.---Experience working with diverse partners across the
organization, including FP&A, Treasury, Internal Audit,
Compliance, Data Science, and other quantitative
teams.---Familiarity with interest rate derivatives and financial
data analysis.---Familiarity with structured credit/ABS financing

Range$189,129-$236,412 Other rewards may include annual bonus
