Job Description:

The Product Manager, is responsible for overall product life-cycle management with a focus to exceed portfolio revenue goals and help define market strategy for in vitro diagnostic, Immunology, and chemistry test markets. The Product Manger will also be responsible for the other products as defined. Key activities include customer/market research, forecasting and financial analysis, obtaining customer VOC, identifying new business and market opportunities, defining and driving product initiatives from concept through commercialization, as well as working in a cross functional leadership capacity. Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure that on-market support activities align with established product strategy and are in service of customer base. Partner with downstream and regional marketing to drive scale and growth for on-market portfolio. Collaborate with senior product managers to provide input to help drive strategic efforts and new product developments.This position is eligible for Hybrid work schedule.How You'll Make An Impact:


  • Manage current products through their life cycle stages of growth, maturity, and Optimize the positioning, profitability, and grooming of products. These include managing value assignment, product registration strategies, plans and execution throughout the many regional requirements for registrations, providing input for S&OP planning, changes in customer demand, processes to improve ecommerce and customer experience to select and purchase the right products. Manage customer communications through product updates, discontinuation, quality, and other changes.
  • Measure and drive growth for on-market product lines; evolve positioning and value proposition, grow and retain customer base. Responsible for ongoing profitability & growth, market share.
  • Provide feedback to determine multi-generation product planning; leverage voice of customer (VOC) and competitor knowledge to drive product roadmaps.
  • Contribute to the alignment of strategies, resources and processes between Operations, R&D and Product Development for on-market products.
  • Provide support to senior upstream product managers to fuel new product development activity.
  • Collaborate with downstream marketing for effective go-to-market campaigns, including positioning and messaging, promotion and training materials for sales enablement.
    What You Bring:

    • 2+ years of relevant experience in product management or marketing experience desired.
    • Familiarity and/or technical knowledge of clinical diagnostic markets and platforms preferred.
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills related to interfacing and establishing relationships with customers and key influencers to ensure that marketing decisions are customer-driven.
    • Participate on cross-functional teams including sales, manufacturing, operations, R&D, Quality, regulatory, and downstream marketing to achieve market penetration, revenue and profitability goals.
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams/members without formal authority.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills.
    • Must be able to work independently with good time management.
    • Ability to analyze and dissect competitive information, market research, and customer data and use it to make sound recommendations.
    • Ability to demonstrate product to customers directly at tradeshows, seminars and other events.
    • R&D, technical, sales, marketing experiences desired.
    • Upstream marketing experience in product lifecycle management desired, but not required.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $99,700 to $137,100 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
