Come build the first distributed utility with us, propelling the biggest energy transformation of our lifetime.The RoleAs the Senior Program Manager for our Field Services org, you will support and lead the development of multiple programs at once - from customer facing, product development, field tasks, and factory feedback. You will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the entire business. You'll have a thorough understanding of our products and be able to provide gold standard customer education and support while coordinating multiple projects on the field, pushing Moxion's business development and always providing top level customer service.What you'll do:

  • Work alongside Senior Leadership to ensure multiple field program completions, closing of tasks, and business development
  • Support multiple functions ranging from (but not limited to) field repair requirements, event coordination/management, vendor onboarding and resource allocation
  • Work alongside sales, software, and service teams in order to escalate issues as needed and support teams to ensure finishing of each program
  • Successfully manage and align with all stakeholders for field events, which will include coordinating labor and equipment allocation, setup/start/teardown, communication with vendors, and all other necessary functionsSkills to be successful:

        • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
        • Proficiency in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions

Compensation displayed is a range. Maximum amounts are reserved for those candidates that exceed all experience and background requirements. We reserve the right to offer compensation based on level of experience. Moxion has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay within the San Francisco Bay area. If you live outside that region, the range is subject to change.Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within the range provided above.
