A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Inside Sales Consultants.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Consultants to achieve KPIs and foster a high-performing culture
Spearhead the onboarding and training processes for new team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue generation and optimize sales processes

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in leadership roles, particularly in managing Inside Sales teams
Strong ability to onboard and develop teams in dynamic environments
Exceptional relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement
Familiarity with Salesforce development and marketing processes
