We handle over 1,900 flights, move 8,500 tons of cargo, book 16,000 hotel stays, and uplift 320,000 meals each day.You WillCoordinate with the Corporate HSE department and local management to develop and implement dnata USA's HS&E programs, promoting safety practices and culture.Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment by performing duties personally or through subordinates and employees.Identify hazards and risks, develop risk assessments, PPE assessments, ergonomic assessments, and change management programs. Train management to recognize hazards and risks. Lead incident, near-miss, and hazard investigations, support corrective actions, and monitor their completion. Conduct hazard/risk analyses and assist in mitigation efforts. Ensure mitigation measures are implemented and sustained. Support safety training programs, develop safety curricula, and deliver safety training sessions. Review safety plans, designs, and modifications affecting the SMS/dSMS. Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Maintain safety documentation and coordinate safety projects from conception to review.You Have

• Associates Degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aviation industry
• FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work extended hours on short notice during irregular operations
• Ability to work in inclement weather
