About the JobThe Outpatient Therapist LCSW will possess a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) license to provide clinical therapy and assessment services. The Outpatient Therapist LCSW reports to the Outpatient Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments. In this position, you are responsible for independently managing a caseload, performing direct clinical services, conducting Mental Health Assessments to include mental health diagnosis and clinical formulations to identify necessity of care, assess and appropriately document level of risk and assist in crisis management, and write and implement measurable treatment plan objectives that will direct care. The Outpatient Therapist LCSW will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff, treatment team, and act as liaison with other community providers to coordinate care. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time Day) What You'll Make $5,166.66 - $6,750.00 per month DOE/Credentials.   • Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure with the State of Oregon OR have the ability to transfer licensure to OregonAll successful applicants must also have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.About the ProgramOur Outpatient Program provides assessment and evaluation, treatment plan development, clinically indicated outpatient therapy, case management, skills training, and psychiatric (medication) services.ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. QMHP employees are also eligible to apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program.
