As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, managing both the clinic and nursing staff to ensure the highest standard of care. You will work closely with the Manager of Quality to set clear performance expectations and address any performance issues, as well as help develop and maintain the departmental budget and ensure regulatory compliance.
