3/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with
Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Tracy,
California, 95304! Shift Night Shift – 3×12 hours 19:00–07:00 Start
Date: 03/02/2026 Key Responsibilities Provide labor, delivery, and
postpartum care to mothers and newborns Perform EFM fetal
monitoring , triage obstetric patients, and assist with deliveries
Circulate and recover C?section patients Administer meds including
Pitocin, MgSO?, antihypertensives , etc. Start/maintain IVs ,
manage drips, and administer blood products Perform newborn
assessments , APGAR scoring, and initial stabilization Monitor
maternal conditions: fundus, lochia, pain, vitals, PIH Ensure
safety protocols, documentation, and collaboration with

Previous Charge Experience: Preferred Travel Experience: Not
required Epic Charting: Preferred Must be comfortable caring for
baby and delivered mother Licenses & Certifications All must be AHA
or American Red Cross and in hand at submission : CA RN License
