primary care serving a diverse community Work alongside family
medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health
clinicians in a collaborative team environment 8 half?day clinical
sessions weekly (1.0 FTE) Monday–Friday schedule, no inpatient work
and no weekend clinic Protected administrative time Medical student
teaching optional Direct access to leadership and decision?makers
Compensation & Benefits Compensation is aligned with MGMA standards
and designed to be competitive in the Bay Area while supporting a
sustainable, patient?centered practice model. (Foundation salaries
use MGMA percentiles rather than the fixed faculty structure.)

this position is $290,000.00 - $360,000.00
