Physical Therapist Location: Salinas, CA Agency: Bluebix Health Inc Pay: $60 to $65 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 7 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Contract Weeks: 14 Guaranteed Hours: 35 $2k quick start bonus urgent need Urgent need ASAP start needed Job Summary The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates and treats patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore physical function. PTs work with individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions to enhance strength, balance, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training Help patients improve strength, balance, coordination, and range of motion Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Document evaluations, treatments, and progress in EMR/EHR systems Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice Current BLS certification Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
