Overview: Earn $19.50-$20.50/hr. Joining our California’s Great America team means you’ll be responsible for assisting guests needs and providing guest service to the Cedar Fair standards. You’ll also… Answer guests calls in the Call Center, while providing great guest service. Document and resolves guest conflict. Assist guests with park inquiries. Assist guests with lost and found items. Assist in reuniting lost parties and uses security assistance when necessary. Have additional opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.
