process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA
to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume
production quickly and cost-effectively. Enabling the movement
towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG),
which is responsible for creating all of KLA's metrology and
inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest
research scientist, software engineers, application development
engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. First
to deliver the best imaging and classification data for every
defect or point on any layer at any time. EBeam's mission
encapsulates its role as the "eyes" of KLA's product line,
providing timely information on defects and critical locations on
the wafer at the highest spatial resolution possible. Customers use
EBeam products alongside KLA patterned and bare wafer inspectors to
quickly understand the nature of defects and other imperfections on
product wafers and take action to correct the manufacturing
process.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsThis role will lead
the application layer of the Ebeam tool software. The job will
anticipate the challenges and upcoming use cases to support all of
the Ebeam tools optimally. This is an exciting time to join this

technology!Here are some key responsibilities and requirements
typically associated with this role:Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of software engineers,
providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and
professional growth.
- Technical Mentorship:Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and
ensure alignment to standard processes in software
development.
- Strategic Planning:Develop and implement strategies for
software development that align with company goals and
objectives.
- Teamwork:Work closely with other departments to identify
product and technical requirements, and ensure smooth communication
and teamwork.
- Domain Leadership:Lead the domain optimally and delivering
timely and quality deliverables to the product lines.Requirements:
- Education:Computer Science or related engineering domain
- Experience: 15 years in a demonstrated ability in software
development, with 5 to 7 years in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in programming languages in C# and C++
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Experience in microservices is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud platforms is a plusMinimum Qualifications15
years of relevant work experience in the software organizationBase
Pay Range: $197,800.00 - $346,200.00 AnnuallyPrimary Location:
