The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing web solutions that enhance the digital shopping experience for millions of customers worldwide. Based in Bentonville, Arkansas, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that blends cutting-edge technology with industry-leading retail practices. Lead the design and development of scalable web applications. Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across various software projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications. Mentor junior engineers and review code for adherence to standards and best practices. Drive continuous innovation and stay abreast of industry trends. Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication. Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). Strong understanding of backend technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Ruby on Rails). Experience with RESTful API design and development. Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure) and serverless architectures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
