Job Description:
Title VALIDATION ENGINEERLocation Richmond, CA (must work
on-site)Duration 3-6 month contract Skills Need someone with IOPQ
for equipment specifically Thermal Mapping for Freezer,
Refrigerators, LN2, cold room. It is a plus if they have CSV
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerform commissioning and
qualification of computerized systems.Use your troubleshooting and
risk assessment knowledge to work on specialized equipmentCreate
and execute validation documents to ensure appropriate technical
content and accuracy based upon specifications and approved
procedures RESPONSIBILITIESAdhere to all company policies and
procedures including safetyIndependently perform and document work
following Good Engineering Practices (GEPs) and GDPs Manage your
own validation projects and effectively report results and
progressDevelop validation protocols, and operation and maintenance
procedures.Perform validation work with minimal supervisionComplete
all documentation accurately and efficientlyPerform inspections to
verify cGMP system status is accurate and up-to-dateManage
validation discrepancies and system changesPerform FMEA to identify
root causes of problems and present possible solutionsContribute to
solving complex manufacturing engineering problems Be
self-motivated and maintain a quality mindset REQUIRED EDUCATION
AND EXPERIENCE B.S.in computer engineering or related field Have
working knowledge IOPQ CSV experience a plus Experience with
thermal mapping for freezers, refrigerators, LN2 and cold room Able
to troubleshoot and repair simple malfunctions Must have strong
written and verbal communication skills PREFERRED SKILLSPrevious
experience in IT IndustryPrevious experience in the biotechnology
