For this role, we want you, the Associate Director of Paid Media from our dreams, to elevate our team s results across search, programmatic, and social via innovation, ownership, financial optimization, attribution, and your overall expertise in search marketing.
What You Offer

• 6+ years experience in paid media
• Management experience in paid media
• Deep expertise ideally across search, programmatic, and social
• Ability to drive revenue and measure via OCT
• Data visualization skills to tell compelling stories
• Experience with Optmyzr
• Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
• A unique perspective on how to drive value for SaaS
• Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data
• Equal parts competitive and curious; you re a true problem solver
• You live on the cutting edge of the industry, always looking for opportunities to grow and share
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• You re quality-obsessed and have not lost your soul for advertising
  

Leadership

• Serve as an integral part of the leadership team, making recommendations on strategy and approach to drive innovation and exceed organizational expectations
• Lead cross-organizational alignment
• Drive thought leadership for the industry
• Influence decisions and drive behavior/organizational change with internal stakeholders
• Recruit, interview, hire and truly lead a team of talented paid media professionals
