The ideal candidate is proactive with excellent problem-solving and judgment skills and can handle highly confidential and critical details. You are a pro at prioritizing multiple tasks to meet our business needs with dignity and grace.Position-Specific Skills RequiredStrong Work Ethic: Arrives on time and is ready to tackle daily tasks at hand. Hours are 8AM 5PM.Customer Service Driven: extremely professional and greets guests and employees in a friendly demeanor and is happy to assist and answer questions.Excellent Communications Skills: Posses the ability to communicate with customers, clients and staff in person, via email and occasional presentations. Able to compose business letters, flyers and other business documents is something you are very familiar with.Excellent Time Management: Knows how to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and able to push back if there is too much on your plate.Extremely Focused: Can work in a frequently interrupted, fast-paced environment while giving courteous support for immediate needs.Works independently as well as collaborate with staff on event planning or special projects.General mature outlook with the ability to be discreet and have good judgment.Engages in making the world a better place through sustainable business practices and the promotion of a healthful lifestyle.Technical Skills RequiredHighly proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook and willingness to learn and use other software systems, apps and programs.BILINGUAL in Spanish requiredCollege diploma preferred. Administrative and Human Resources experience highly desirable.Key responsibilitiesManage and execute all administrative duties to ensure office operations efficiently and smoothly.Support People & Culture department through a variety of administrative tasks, including: workers compensation documentation, new hire support, scheduling and various administrative tasks as needed.Chair the FUN Committee to ensure events that build employee engagement are planned and executed; assist with Community Engagement.Maintain office layout, office moves and common spaces (reception area, conference rooms, kitchens) for appearance and functionality.Support Senior Leaders with ad hoc administrative assignments (filing, organization, photocopying, scanning, preparing collateral).Skills:bilingual, Microsoft office, hr supportTop Skills Details:bilingual, Microsoft office, hr supportAdditional Skills & Qualifications:company has been changing because they were acquired.
