together. JOB SUMMARY: Sangamo Therapeutics is seeking an
experienced Research Associate for our Neuroscience team to support
development of novel genomic medicines for the treatment of
neurological diseases. The successful candidate will work within
the Neuroscience team and contribute to the development of novel
therapeutics. Key responsibilities will include performance of
neuronal cell culture experiments, assay development, and screening
for on- and off-target activity using mRNA and AAV transduction
techniques to support lead candidate selection. The candidate will
also be responsible for generation of data from in vivo studies to
support advancement of neuroscience programs toward the clinic. The
position requires adaptability, creativity, good written and verbal
communication skills, as well as a capacity for constant innovation
in pursuit of company goals. The environment is exciting and
