Salary: $60-70K DOE

    What You Will Be Doing
    As a Manufacturing Associate, You'll Be Involved In One Or More Of The Following Areas
    We are looking to add multiple Manufacturing Associates to our cGMP facility.
    • Cell Culture: Cell banking, culture scale-up, bioreactor operations, filtration, media prep, process monitoring, centrifugation
    • Purification/Formulation: Column chromatography (ProA, SEC, CEX, AEX), filtration, TFF, buffer prep, bulk filling
    • Fill/Finish: Filtration, component prep, buffer prep, aseptic processing/filling, visual inspections
      Responsibilities will vary depending on experience level but could include some or all of the following:
      • Execute and coordinate unit operations to produce biopharmaceuticals in accordance with cGMPs
      • Perform start-up and testing of process equipment
      • Support equipment implementation
      • Qualification and Validation Activities; IQ/OQ/PQ
      • Execute SOPs and batch records
      • Maintain work areas to meet cGMP requirements
      • Assemble, standardize, prepare, clean, and operate process equipment
        What You Need for this Position
        Qualifications
        • AAS/BS Degree in Science/Engineering or biotech certificate (or equivalent)
        • Relevant biotech/pharma manufacturing environment experience
        • cGMP knowledge
        • Process Equipment start-up, testing, implementation
        • Qualification/Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
        • SOPs, batch records
