Range: $95,000 - $105,000 DOE (Fully Licensed)$10,000 SIGN ON

and their families.Responsibilities:Manage a caseload size of six
(6) clients providing individual, family and group therapySupport
parents/caregivers through parent coachingEngage in treatment
planning, utilization review, and timely Electronic Medical Record
documentationSupport in crisis management & de-escalation as
neededCollect outcome measures throughout treatment to review
progress and inform treatment planQualifications:What do you bring
to this position?RequiredFully licensed to practice in the State of
CaliforniaMaster's Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Social Work
(MSW), Clinical Mental Counseling (CMHC), Marriage and Family
Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a
related disciplineWork experience providing individual, family, and
group therapyA desire to facilitate client growth through a team
approach, working with other care providersAbility to plan,
implement, and adjust a course of treatment as
required.Preferred:One year of experience working in a high acuity
setting (intensive out-patient, residential, psychiatric hospital,
eating disorder clinic, substance abuse clinic, etc., using
relational, experiential, and systemic modalities).Experience
working with clients of intersecting and marginalized
identitiesSpecialization in or experience providing LGBTQIA+
affirming therapyExperience with evidence-based psychotherapies
including DBT, CBT/TF-CBT, MI, and/or SMART recoveryUtilization of
diagnostic and outcome measurements (e.g., PHQ-9 or GAD-7) to
