We rarely receive after hours calls. There is cross coverage for illness or short vacations. Longer vacations will be managed with locums. On Call Qualifications, Education and SkillsRequisites Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) License Full Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) Mandatory Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) Mandatory Steveston Medical has been operating in Steveston for over 40 years in a very collegial and well-organized clinic. Our clinic mandate is "our family, caring for yours". A well-established full-service family practice with 5 family physicians and 6 MOAs. Fully Intrahealth EMR. A full spectrum of patient demographics includes but is not limited to new moms and babies, complex care, mental health, etc. A great opportunity for a new physician to start their own patient panel.Our Team is Looking For:A permanent family physician to build a longitudinal practice. At present, our practice has space to have a new FP build a patient panel.Clinic hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm and every second Saturday, hours are flexiblePositions are available under FFS and PCN APP (salary) contractsOur Team Composition:We are a collegial clinic, and we are growing our team.
