KITCHEN
We're looking for passionate team members to help us create an
incredible internal customer experience and an amazing place to
work! Reporting to the Director of Workforce Planning, this
individual will be responsible for supporting the associates and
the Richmond Leadership team. The ideal candidate is a friendly and
proactive self-starter where no tasks are too big or too small.
WHAT'S ON THE MENU Assist FSQA Specialist with Gold Standard and
table set up Provide audit of smocks, scanners, walkie talkies, and
other devices that are working or not working Process work orders
and labels for both Pack and Kitchen teams Distribute required
assets to the facility Assist with the processing of temporary
employees Notify Specialist and Quality Leaders of any label issues
Attend monthly refresher trainings with Quality team Speak with
Quality Specialist/Leaders to get approval on labels before
creating and issuing to the facility NECESSARY INGREDIENTS 1-2
years experience in a food production or warehouse environment
Clear and concise communicator, verbal and written Ability to work
calmly and effectively under pressure Ability to work in a
fast-paced, and deadline-oriented environment Flexible
availability; early morning, night and weekend shifts Must be able
to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be willing and able to work in a refrigerated environment Must
be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours with or without
reasonable accommodation Must be willing and able to frequently
push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable
accommodation
