Performs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in on site
rail car moving, which may also include track maintenance, rail car
repair, rail car washing and loading service, in-plant trucking and
workers engaged in pipeline and trans-loading activities.
Duties and Responsibilites

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the
organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities
include interviewing, hiring, and training
employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising
performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing
complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
--- High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,
operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to
speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of
organization.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business
information, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure
manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to
questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the
general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of
measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and
interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such
as discounts, proportions, percentages.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability
to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in
standardized situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of
concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization
exists. Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral,
diagram, or schedule form.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently
required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required
to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel,
crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee
must occasionally lift and/or move heavy weights. Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and
ability to adjust focus.

This incumbent regularly works in an outdoor environment, in
various weather conditions. While performing the duties of this
job, the employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne
particles and toxic chemicals. The employee is frequently exposed
to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to
wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work
environment is usually moderate.
Other Requirements
Must be able to travel on a limited bases; up to 10%.
