aims to improve population health, especially for the most
vulnerable, through interdisciplinary collaborations, preeminent
education, and transformational research. Established in 1943, BPH
is a professional school on the UC Berkeley campus that comprises
six academic divisions and nearly 30 research centers and programs.

located in Washington, D.C, a public/private partnership and part
of the UC Berkeley School of Public Health, has addressed cutting
edge regulatory science and policy issues for over 20 years through
a process of stakeholder engagement and deliberation. Research
Associates in the Forum for Collaborative Research are deeply
engaged in complex multi-stakeholder projects that address major
epidemiological and public health problems in a number of disease
areas: HIV; Hepatitis B; liver diseases such as Metabolic
Dysfunction-associated Steatohepatitis (MASH), Primary Sclerosing
Cholangitis (PSC), and Pediatric Cholestatic Liver Disease (PCLD);
ocular diseases; transplantation-associated viral infections such
as Cytomegalovirus; and genetically-based rare diseases. Research
Associates organize meetings, workshops, and symposia that bring
these communities together, perform research and literature reviews
in support of those projects, and coordinate efforts on Forum
outputs such as publications and proposals.Application Review
