Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionPosition SummaryThe Design Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency in all design deliverables. This position involves overseeing the QA processes for design projects, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, and providing support to design and production teams.The Design QA Specialist will work closely with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and implement best practices, streamline workflows, and maintain rigorous quality standards.Responsibilities

  • Lead the QA process from project inception to final delivery, ensuring all design outputs meet quality standards and client specifications.
  • Verify compliance with Roche branding and other client-specific guidelines, ensuring that all design elements adhere to established standards.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and editing of design materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Approve projects and change requests (CRs) post-production, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality checks, feedback, and project communications in Workfront.
  • Intervene in the design process when necessary to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Identify process efficiencies and best practices to enhance the QA process and reduce the number of incoming CRs.
  • Work closely with graphic designers and project managers to ensure seamless communication and project continuity.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and Workfront for quality assurance checks and project management.
  • Ensure all client feedback and requests are accurately implemented, and collaborate with graphic designers for necessary changes.
  • Implement and manage a system for tracking design errors and feedback, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Explore and implement software tools to streamline QA processes, improving accuracy and efficiency.
  • Establish a feedback loop with the design team to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.Who you areYou are a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for maintaining high standards of design quality.     • 3+ years of professional experience in design quality assurance or a related role within a creative agency or similar environment.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to create and utilize QA checklists and maintain quality standards across multiple projects.
    • Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
    • Proven experience in managing and reviewing design projects from concept to final delivery.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to designers and other team members.
    • Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management tools is preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.In exchange, we provide you with:
