Bakers: Prepare, cook, bake and decorate a variety of Vietnamese style pastries and desserts. Source suppliers and order ingredients. Communicate with head chef to design and develop new recipes to complement the lunch and dinner menu. Maintain the sanity and order in the pastry kitchen. Annual income: $47861
Bartender: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, such as cocktails, wine, beer & mixed drinks. Take orders & recommend drinks to customers.
