like:Ensuring guests are comfortable and greeted in a timely
mannerProviding excellent customer service skills to high-end

service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction index score is
achievedPlay an integral part in helping ensure both Sales and
Service departments are meeting monthly satisfaction index
scoresAssist Service Manager, Sales Manager(s) and General Manager
with tasks as neededAssist the Porsche Center in events held on-
and off premiseCashier service and boutique customers when
neededAnswer the phone when the receptionist is not availableCross
train receptionist(s) on daily responsibilitiesFulfill and maintain
training requirements and certifications from both indiGO as well
as PorscheThe opportunity is for you if you have:Previous customer
service experience in luxury retail preferredMaintain a positive
attitude and focus on customer satisfactionFriendly and inviting
phone presenceExtremely organized with dedicated attention to
detailClear focus on delivering work of the highest qualityMaintain
professional appearance and demeanor at all timesAbility to
communicate both verbally and with written documentationWilling to
submit to a drug test and criminal background checkMust have a
valid driver's licensePay for this role is $25 - $28 per hour.
Employee will be compensated through a combination of hourly pay
and commissions/ bonuses, which will vary based on
