Job Description Job Description Job Title: Tableau Data Analyst - Marketing Analytics Location: Fully Remote Pay Range: $40 - $50/hr About the Role We are seeking a Tableau Data Analyst to join our marketing team and help drive data-informed decisions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about turning data into actionable insights that shape marketing strategies and performance. Key Responsibilities Define and manage marketing KPIs and metrics. Candidates MUST be strong in Tableau to be considered. Maintain and enhance the CMO dashboard for executive visibility. Build BI dashboards and reports to empower marketing leaders with data-driven insights. Deliver weekly marketing performance reports and updates. Conduct deep analysis of marketing data to uncover insights on: Campaign performance Channel effectiveness Demand generation efficiency Pipeline conversion Benchmark performance across online channels, advise on KPIs, and perform trend analysis. Analyze customer segments and journeys against target KPIs (e.g., funnel conversion, digital engagement) and recommend optimizations. Create PowerPoint presentations and narratives to share insights across sales, marketing, and product teams. Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications Proven experience in marketing analytics or data analysis. Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel. Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly. Familiarity with marketing funnels, KPIs, and digital engagement metrics. Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
