Job SummaryThe Technician is responsible for carrying out routine tasks at a customer site, all of which may include: basic order entry, shipping & receiving, inventory point of use replenishment, production packaging, desktop delivery of inbound packages. Must be cognizant of and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements.$2,000 Sign On BonusDay to Day responsibilities:

  • Facilitates orders for consumable lab inventory replenishment
  • Manages customer's point of use or stockroom inventory
  • Responsible for logistical activities such as shipping and receiving of materials through coordination with 3rd party couriers
  • Basic order entry, following up on existing back orders, resolving shipping errors
  • Handles and manages chemicals, including hazardous materials
  • Maintains and checks safety stations
  • Updating and maintain Standard Operation Procedures
  • May require traveling between customer sitesBenefits:

      • High School diploma or GED required
      • 2-4 years equivalent experience in material handling/inventory replenishment or customer service
      • Valid Driver's License and transportation
      • Forklift certification a plusKnowledge Skills and Abilities
        • Conform to all company and customer requirements for background checks, health and safety issues.
        • Strong interpersonal skills
        • Excellent Customer Service Skills: display a professional Can-do attitude
        • Perform duties with the highest regard for safety and quality
        • Ability to understand and follow site protocols, policies and procedures
        • Must be flexible, forward-thinking, & motivated
        • Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS
        • Basic digital literacy including Microsoft Office with proficiency in Word and Excel
        • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
