The Global Supply Chain Logistics team is responsible for promptly and accurately getting Bio-Rad products into the hands of our customers. We maintain product integrity from end to end and respond expeditiously from the moment an order is received - retrieving the right product from the distribution center, packaging it correctly, and ensuring proper shipping conditions for transportation. As a result, customers around the globe receive the test kits, instruments, and consumable solutions they need - on time and in full to ultimately provide better healthcare and outcomes for their patients.As a Bio-Rad Material Handler, you will perform a variety of routine, repetitive, physical and administrative tasks in a warehouse involving one or more of the following: receiving, putting away, storing, staging, kitting, picking, packing and shipping of materials, parts, supplies, equipment, finished goods, label control, handling unit, lot control or serial control.How You'll Make An Impact:

• You will perform daily routine tasks: receives, stores, picks, packs, ships and/or distributes materials.
  
• You load and unload trucks, and other distribution channel storage and transportation containersand will verify goods received against documentation.
  
• You will prepare domestic and International goods for shipment.
  
• Perform initial quality check on incoming product, stage materials and packages.
  
• Operate motorized and non-motorized equipment to move materials, parts, supplies and equipment as instructed.
  
• Assist in cycle-counts of physical inventory, assist in handling dangerous goods and hazmat materials, and prepare material for scrapping.
  
• Follow written and oral instructions, process paperwork and performs SAP transactions daily andensure work area is neat, clean and in order.
  
• You adhere to quality and safety standards.
  
• You may operate a forklift. May operate foam in place product packaging or other material packaging and sealing equipment.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  What You Bring:
  • 
    
  • You have a High school diploma or equivalent desired and 0-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    
  • You have experience operating motorized and non-motorized warehouse equipment.
    
  • Experience with ERP System is preferred.
    
  • Experience using radio frequency equipment is a plus. Forklift Certification is preferred.
    
  • You have the ability to prioritize work, read, write, comprehend and follow written instructions and have basic math, problem solving and computer skills.
    
  • You have the ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments, lift up to 50 lbs., sit, stand and walk for long periods of time.
    
  • You have knowledge of shipping procedures and basic knowledge international shipping procedures.
    
  • Where applicable, you have knowledge of GMP, ISO, IPC, FDA, DOT, Known Consignor, and/or IATA requirements.
    
  • You have a knowledge of Hazardous Materials and proper handling techniques.
    
  • You are a team player/ flexible/ attentive to detail and quality minded.

Compensation:The estimated hourly range for this position is $16.44 to $22.64 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
