Job Description:

Your typical day will find you making your biggest impact by leading, directing, and developing your team of 14- 18 Manufacturing Production Assemblers at Bio-Rad's Richmond Chemical Plant. You will lead by example by bringing your passion and enthusiasm for doing the right thing for the customer to your team who work over 2 shifts, to dispense and package chemicals and resins that are manufactured on-site. You will ensure your team works efficiently and safely while working on equipment that includes semi-automated fill lines, manual fill stations, pumps, pipettes, and semi-automated dispense systems among various others. Additionally, you will work to build strong cross-functional relationships across a matrixed organization, drive quality, and ensure everyone is working toward the achievement of our company goals... all while having a good time!How You'll Make An Impact:

Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
