You will predict the cost and quantity of materials needed for projects. You will plan requirements with customers and usher projects through the entire process. This includes managing project schedules and budgets, identifying & mitigating against risks, coordinating deadlines and goals to project stakeholders. To summarize, you will manage and own jobs from start to finish.7+ years experience with Project ManagementExperience with concrete constructionExperience with estimating for construction projects; Bid and run jobsExperience with risk managementProficient in Sage, Masterbuilder, or BlueBeamEstimate and run multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslyKeeping stakeholders informed throughout the project cycle; Maintain good relationship with clients & represent company in meetingsOversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with the scope: design, budget, scheduleManage financial aspects of contracts (fee scheduled payments, rental equipment)Seeking strong leader who can hold team accountable, be accessible to teamInterested in hearing more?
