Job Description:
Pricing requires a multidisciplinary approach to competitive
analysis, business strategies, and marketing acumen applied
together to unlock insights hidden within consumer reactions to
pricing decisions. You will use your talent for breaking down
business challenges into data-driven solutions that guide
performance and profitability gains. Responsible for independently
conducting quantitative analytics and complex price modeling
projects. Incumbents possess excellent quantitative/analytic skills
and can influence strategic direction, as well as develop tactical
plans. What We're Looking For: Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keeps informed on pricing analysis methods and industry
trends
- Assesses data from a variety of sources to gain insights into
pricing strategies and market trends
- Performs competitor analysis on similar products and
services
- Communicates findings effectively to relevant departments
within the company
- Supports pricing analysis and recommendations for
Merchants
- Provides support to delivery and install teams as
requested
- Attends POD meetings and participates in article-level
planning
- Collaborates with Merchandising, Demand Planning, and Marketing
departments on developing and implementing competitive pricing
strategies
- Addresses issues and concerns raised by team members relating
to pricing suggestions
- Conducts and support special projects as required

Education:
- Bachelor's degree required with coursework in Business
Administration, Statistics, or Math preferred Related Experience,
Qualifications and/or Certifications:
- 2 - 4 years of data analysis experience, preferably in a retail
environment
- Experience in statistical analysis and data mining
- Experience in reporting and querying data warehouses is
required Computer Skills / Special Equipment Knowledge:
- Skill in SQL, R programming language, MS Excel, including pivot
tables and the ability to distill data from multiple sources into
cogent reports
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Access,
