Edoxx Technical Services LLC is a US Company based in Houston, Texas, with access to +350 highly experienced and advanced Engineers and Technicians delivering know-how and expertise in Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation engineering. Other related fields such as Projects Control, QA/QC Inspection, 3D Geometrical and Intelligent Modeling, and Drafting are also available.Our client is looking for aPrincipal Electrical Engineerto work on-site at their Richmond, CA office that willprovide electrical engineering services on large or mega projects to our client' and its customers', including technical support and supervision within the electrical engineering team.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical engineering services that meet our client'sspecifications, on time and within budget.
• Manage electrical engineering project requirements.
• Manage electrical engineering services such as:
  • Participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports and comply with required checking procedures.
  • Ensure the project scope is clear, and that changes comply with project change management processes.
  • Provide advice during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
  • Act as the electrical engineering Lead on specific projects.
  • Proactively resolve any discrepancies between our client and its Customer's requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and technical innovations in electrical engineering.
  • If required, assist and support junior personnel within the electrical engineering team.
  • Communicate effectively with the electrical engineering team and project stakeholders, including the Customer.
  • Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance when required.Qualifications:Required:
    • A recognized and relevant engineering degree.
    • Relevant postgraduate qualifications in engineering; management, project management or supervisory qualifications or equivalent.
    • HV/LV electrical distribution and infrastructure experience
    • Oil and gas and refinery experience.
    • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status.
