Job Summary:We are looking for a Logistics and Supply Chain Specialists to support Supermicro Global Service network by managing service parts supply and stocking. The candidate is expected to assist in all aspects of the RMA processEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
--- Process RMA
--- Ensure parts return
--- RMA reconciliation
--- Work with various internal teams including accounting, shipping, production, and procurement
--- Follow up with external and internal parties on outstanding parts
--- Work with various internal product managers to understand the equipment configurations related to service and be able to detect errors
--- Work with IT, ACCT, and RMA for needed reports and inventory reconciliation
--- Keep internal database up to date for service inventory management
--- Escalate any service inventory issue outside control to the appropriate TAM
--- Manage time effectively and be able to prioritize while meeting daily service expectationsQualifications:--- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or equivalent experience
--- Minimum of 1 years experience from high-tech manufacturing industry preferred
--- Proficiency in MS Office and database management
--- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics elements
--- Travel may be required
--- Must be punctual and detail-oriented
--- Good time management
--- Work logically and systematically
--- Ability to solve problems and make decisions as necessary
--- Excellent oral and written communication skills
--- Experience in the IT industry is a plusSalary Range$67,000 - $88,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
