Role/Responsibilities


We are looking for a Value Stream Lead with strong techno-functional expertise in supply chain systems within the retail domain. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end value stream processes, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery and optimization of supply chain solutions.
Lead the value stream for Supply Chain operations (Inventory, Order Management,, transportation and parcel systems Warehousing).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize value-driven initiatives.
Experience in platform transformations
Understanding of supply chain execution product like MH WMS, BY TMS or any other similar products.
Knowledge in adopting GENAI solutions for warehousing and transportation
Lead end to end implementation of WMS systems and TMS (If available will be very good)
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and guide the technical team through solution design.
Provide techno-functional leadership during project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and system capabilities.
Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Data) to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Analyze supply chain data and systems to identify bottlenecks, suggest optimizations, and support decision-making.
Conduct UAT, support go-live, and ensure post-implementation success.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supply chain technologies and retail industry trends.


Primary Skills:

Strong understanding of retail supply chain processes (e.g., Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Order Lifecycle, Logistics).
Techno-functional experience with ERP and Supply Chain systems (e.g., Oracle SCM, SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
Proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in retail supply chain domain with a techno-functional role.
Experience working in an onsite-offshore model is a plus.

Pay and Benefits



Pay Range Minimum: $68000

Pay Range Maximum: $139700

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
