RoleSeeking an application support and maintenance specialist to
join our global AMS support team. This role will have a heavy focus
on the Master Data Management area of the business dealing in
particular with our MDM application Reltio. The person in this role
will report to the AMS Manager with an internal stakeholder
relationship with Master Data Management. The AMS team is
responsible for supporting end users for our core business
applications while working with development teams on break
fixes/bugs, configuration changes, and system/job monitoring. The
Master Data Management team is responsible for the design,
development and expansion of Reltio and the integrations and
business functionality involved.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do
- Advocate for the end user by providing a delightful and
efficient user experience through professional, proactive
communication, regular updates, and timely resolution of
issues.
- Troubleshoot and analyze reported issues to resolution or
escalation with root cause analysis.
- Proactively highlight and address trending issues or suggest
necessary enhancements or configuration changes.
- Adequately test small configuration solutions to ensure end
user adoption and smooth release transition.
- Develop and articulate solution options that incorporate user
experience, scalability, security and best practices.
- Ensure the integrity of data, the functionality of Reltio, and
integrations associated with the application, primarily Boomi, are
monitored and maintained at peak efficiency.
- Communicate with internal team members and stakeholders in
other time zones for issue clarification and progress
reporting.
- Monitor Reltio production environments for performance,
stability, and potential issues.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure optimal
functionality.
- Work closely with Reltio's development teams to communicate and
escalate issues as needed.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles to facilitate efficient
issue resolution.
- Investigate and diagnose technical issues reported by users
related to Boomi integration processes.QualificationsWhat You'll
Bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the
ability to author and present materials ranging from detailed
technical specifications to high-level presentations.
- A drive to take ownership of reported issues and see them
through to resolution.
- Experience with a global support structure stretching over
multiple time zones and cultural differences.
- Possess a love for problem solving using excellent analytical
and critical thinking skills with an ability to learn quickly.
- Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational
databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity
with Snowflake.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Master data management, data
quality management capabilities, and analysis required.
- Experience with supporting MDM through the Reltio Application
is desired.
- Experience in integrating Reltio with other systems using APIs
(Application Programming Interfaces) is preferred.
- Knowledge of data quality principles and the ability to enforce
data quality rules and processes is required.
- Understanding of workflow design and configuration to
troubleshoot business processes within Reltio is desired.
- Knowledge of Reltio's D&B and Snowflake connector is
desired.Pay RangeUSD $119,000.00 - USD $179,000.00 /Yr.Pay
