We are looking for someone to bring energy and passion to the role. The role reports to the Director of Procurement. The position interacts regularly with the sales team, our distributors, and accounting. The position is based in Oakland and reports to the office Monday-FridayThis is a Full-Time, Salaried Non-Exempt position with benefits located in our Oakland office.Job duties:Order Processing: (-80%)Confirming receipt of distributor's orders, recording of ordersEmailing confirmation of orders, communication of outages and future availabilityUpload of orders to third party warehousesInventory and allocation files upkeepLogistics & Compliance: (-20%)Coordinate and release of Distributor's ordersCoordinate inventory receipt with warehouses by providing suppliers shipments informationProvide import documents to distributors Customs brokersOther Tasks:Serve as backup to Sales Services AdministratorWork closely with Inventory & Revenue Accountant in reconciling inventory issuesAssist distributors in resolving pricing/shipment issuesPrice coding by sales channels (yearly)Qualifications:An Associate degree or equivalent commensurate experienceProficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (min.
