Position Overview: Aqua Systems, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales and Service Representative to join our Sacramento, California team. As a representative, you will manage your territory, service laundry and dish machines, dispense equipment and systems, and sell new solutions to assist in achieving a cleaner, safer, and healthier environment. Your impact will include: Communicating our value proposition to meet customer needs and drive sales growth. Utilizing problem-solving skills for preventative and corrective maintenance. Providing emergency service to existing customers. Assisting in equipment installation and solutions. Demonstrating safe equipment use. Managing equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs. The position is field-based, requiring travel to Sacramento and surrounding areas. During training, you will travel to Watsonville and Arroyo Grande for two weeks. Aqua Systems will arrange and pay for travel, and you will provide proper documentation for travel expenses. Upon completion of training, you will manage, service, and sell to established customers within an assigned territory. In some cases, associates may be assigned a supporting role until a territory becomes available. Weekend rotation is generally required every other weekend, based on business demand. This role offers an independent work environment with monthly schedule management. You will thrive in a safe culture with comprehensive safety training and personal protection equipment. Additionally, you will receive a company service vehicle and cell phone for business use, including fuel, drive time, and maintenance.
