Overview: Reporting to the Management team, our Sales Associates
understand that Retail is a billboard for the brand. They take
pride in being a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable
brand ambassador inside and outside the store to ensure the
Company's success within the recreational cannabis landscape. Our
Sales Associates are curious, thoughtful, and sales-oriented people
who impart cannabis wisdom and create positive customer
relationships to build a loyal customer base. Job Functions: Work

Accurately handle cash transactions by operating the point-of-sale
system, maintaining precise register Seek opportunities to

company training and operational standards and procedures Be
knowledgeable around company communication, rollouts, directives,
and procedures Abide by all company policies and programs Adhere to
all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including
federal, state and DCC laws and regulations Other duties may be
assigned Qualifications: Minimum 21 years of age High school
diploma Hiring preference will be given to those candidates with
open availability Open availability is defined as the ability to
work all hours required without restrictions, including days,
evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays. All employees
must be able to work 2 weekend days (Friday-Sunday), but management
reserves the right to assign days depending on workforce needs
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are
representative of those that must be met by an associate to
successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer. Be able
to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and
