community, come join ours. About this role This is an opportunity
to define and build our brand acquisition and growth strategy.
You’ll lead critical projects end-to-end across analytical deep
dives, strategic planning, new growth opportunity identification,
and implementation. This is a high visibility role expected to
regularly present performance, new insights, and recommendations to
Faire’s go-to-market and core leadership. In this role, you'll
operate as an individual contributor with heavy influence in a
fast-paced, highly collaborative, and data rigorous environment.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to bring to life
new strategies to help our brand partners unlock their full
potential on Faire! What you’ll do Develop, refine, and execute on
go-to-market strategies Drive ongoing sales operations such as
brand targeting and sales goaling Monitor business performance and
sales productivity by building reports and KPI dashboards and
partnering with sales leadership to generate new insights and
action on areas of opportunity Structure complex and ambiguous
strategic questions by developing hypotheses and completing
in-depth analyses to translate data into meaningful insights
Present your findings and recommendations and discuss their
implications with leadership Develop operational processes and fill
gaps to translate your recommendations into reality, often in
collaboration with other teams such as Sales, Systems, Program
Management, Product, Marketing, and other operational functions
Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in
consulting and/or business operations at a high growth startup
and/or marketplace business You are highly analytical and
data-driven. You can complete complex analyses, define critical
metrics, size opportunity areas, and measure and report on
performance across the business. You enjoy analytical work and
rolling up your sleeves to get to the right answer You have the
ability to both lead through influence and execute extremely well
You have strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize
at the right altitude You can think across multiple dimensions of a
business and P&L and can work cross-functionally to deliver
results Ability to flex between analytical, strategic and
operational aspects of the job You want to work in a fast-paced
environment with constant change Knowledge of SQL preferred Salary
Range San Francisco: the pay range for this role is $129,000 to
$177,000 per year. This role will also be eligible for equity and
benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible
factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market
demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is
subject to change and may be modified in the future. Hybrid Faire
employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays,
Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday,
Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will
have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year.
Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require
onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job
